How do I get a card at a shop?
Show your QR code on your first visit: the shop scans it and your card is created automatically.
What does the shop see about me?
Your first name, your number of visits, your rank and the dates of your visits there. Never your phone number, your email or your cards at other shops.
Can I lose my rank?
Some shops set a delay: with no visit during that period (30 days minimum), you drop one rank. The time left is shown on your card.
What do I need as a business?
A smartphone with the Fidelly app. No cards to print, no terminal to install.

Is my data protected?
Fidelly only collects what is needed for your cards to work, in compliance with the GDPR. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
